Previous Ponies

Kahean Trooper O’Hara, “Harry”.

Harry was one of the first Connemara ponies we purchased in 2007, we broke him in and trained him,  eventually competing him in 1.10 metre heights at agricultural  shows, interschool competitions and world cups as well as competing him up to preliminary in  eventing.

Harry consistently achieved clear rounds, oftentimes achieving podium finishes in show jumping including finishing fourth in the open 1.05m in the Glen Haven Grand Prix  in  2012, third in the open  1.10 at the Brookfield Show and achieving multiple places within Queensland in eventing.

Harry was sold to a young show jumper in South Australia who is currently competing him in national show jumping competitions. Recently she achieved the 2015 overall discipline champion for both the 80cm and the 90cm  in the South Australia interschool states.

Kahean Trooper Diamond “Max”.

Harry’s 3/4 brother Max was purchased alongside Harry in 2007. Max successfully competed up to 1metre in agricultural shows and world cups and up to preliminary in eventing. Max always jumped clear in show jumping events and always finished on his dressage score in eventing.

Max is now sold and competing and placing in each competition.

Fox Sunday

We acquired ‘Sunday’ in March of 2016 and since that time she has progressed along extremely well. She is currently competing introductory eventing and 80cm to 1m showjumping.  She is also training at home over 1m to 1.10m show jumps and is executing more sophisticated dressage movements such as shoulder in, shoulder out and half passes.
